#makeindiajourney - the worst travel agency ever! whatever is promised, nothing delivered. arrogant employees after they receive payment. don't wanna listen if u face any problem. instead they fight with u over d phone. i paid amount as per email received from their executive divya n kirti. same email was confirmed by hridayram. before check out they demanded more money saying forget email u hve to pay what v say else u can't check out. when i started questioning he said shubham goel now even i

the driver was very rude and he did not visited many place that were mentioned in the package. ss hotel was just focused on getting their money. overall, the service was really really bad. please refrain from using their service.

my name is satyam , and i m book package last december 2020 from rohit shokta khalini niwas shimla office . due to covid , a big lose face from my side and lot of dept pay by my side . i am request rohit more than 2 month but first he say payment should be refund in some day . but now he dont see my msg and all . so i feel very bad experience and dont refer book any service of this company . i m also write this in all place also .
